Hohmann, Hyacinth OPraem, Abt, * 1646 Plan (Planá), † 17. 3. 1690 Prag-Strahov. Lehrer für Philosophie und Kirchenrecht am erzbischöflichen Kolleg in Prag; Rechtsvorlesungen am Collegium Norbertinum 1674. Propst in Doxan. Als Nachfolger von → H. Hirnheim von 1679 bis 1690 Abt des Prämonstratenserstiftes Strahov.
